Park Place is a great apartment community in a very nice, conveniently located part of town. The location makes it easy to get where you need to go while still feeling comfortable and well-kept.  What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. The manager, is absolutely awesome—professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. She goes out of her way to make sure things are handled quickly and smoothly. Maintenance is just as great. He’s friendly, reliable, and does solid work, which makes a huge difference when you need something taken care of. Overall, the staff makes Park Place feel well-run and welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in the community, and it shows in how everything is maintained and how residents are treated. Highly recommend Park Place to anyone looking for a convenient location with a great management and maintenance team.

I have lived here for a few years now, multiple managers and I can say things have never been better. They are receptive to feedback and always willing to help. The resident events they have are always a great time. You can tell they value their residents.

Best community in Omaha, beautiful grounds, not to large so it is quiet, great neighbors, like a family. Apartments are large, homy quiet community.
